Figure 4 The image series show three parallel microfluidic channels, which are interconnected through a very thin channel (channel hight approx. 1 µm) for electroosmotic transport. The middle channel contains a gelated hydrogel system (25% Pluronic F87/F127 2:1) copolymers, Tm = 28°C) and the upper and lower support channel containing DNA oligonucleotides (1x10-5M 3‘-Alexa488-GTT CAT CG-5‘) in 50mM histidine-buffer using a very slow flow velocity (1 µl/h).
