The mentoring program "DocYouMent" focuses on promoting the careers of young female scientists in medicine.

The three-part program includes modules for female students, doctoral candidates and post-docs/doctors in further training and is accompanied by a "DocYouMent" (document) across the individual modules, which records and reflects on career planning in writing and subsequently supports the implementation phase.

Further information on the individual modules can be found below!

Each of the three modules is to be accompanied by its own "DocYouMent" (document). In principle, this should be used to record and reflect on short-term, medium-term and long-term career goals, whereby the increasing career stage of the participants in the modules is accompanied by increasing concretization and the particularities of the respective career stages should be taken into account. The "DocYouMent" should take into account the complexity of the medical career path and consider all compatibility dimensions (clinical, scientific, teaching and private life/family). In addition, the "DocYouMent" should serve to document and reflect on individual elements of mentoring as well as on conversations held during this process.
