RUB fosters excellence at every level. It offers over 180 B.Sc. and M.Sc. study courses in the framework of 20 faculties with over 40,000 students, including more than 3,000 foreign students. Therefore, RUB encourages diversity in its workforce and aims to attract the best researchers the scientific community has to offer. We contribute to RUB's aim to be a better employer, provide excellent education in all faculties and areas of study, and further outstanding research that can compete in a global environment.

Our Women Professors Forum (WPF) is part of RUB's efforts to attract females of all ages to science, to retain women scientists, and to promote excellent individuals to the highest level of the university. The WPF supports female scientists at all stages of their careers. The Women Professors Forum was established in 2015 and it has been permanently incorporated in the structural organization of the University itself.
