WELCOME TO THE HOMEPAGE OF THE WOMEN PROFESSORS FORUM!

RUB is an exceptional scientific university that fosters excellence at every level. It offers over 180 B.Sc. and M.Sc. study courses in the framework of 20 faculties with over 40,000 students, including more than 3,000 foreign students.

Therefore, RUB encourages diversity in its workforce and aims to attract the best researchers the scientific community has to offer.

The Women Professors Forum has been established in 2015.

Our Women Professors Forum (WPF) is part of RUB’s efforts to attract females of all ages to science, to retain women scientists, and to promote excellent individuals to the highest level of the university. The WPF supports female scientists at all stages of their careers.

Contribution to RUB: We contribute to RUB’s aim to be a better employer, provide excellent education in all faculties and areas of study, and further outstanding research that can compete in a global environment.

The RUB WPF is permanently incorporated in the structural organization of the University itself.
