micelle catalyzed ligation of SCP to DNA, where the specific DNA binding of DNA
primer to the ss DNA strands extruding from a SCP-DNA micelle with a small
number of templates catalyzes ligation. Then proceed to joint DNA replication
and ligation to hydrophobic SCP.
