Milestones
1.1 (M12): Achieve the chemical synthesis of suitable building blocks and templates and success of Task1.1 to 1.3 in the electronic cell.
1.2 (M24): Demonstrate success of Task1.4 to 1.5 in the electronic cell and fully operational amplification using the ECCellR procedure.
1.3 (M36): Demonstrate non-enzymatic amplification of longer, multiply ligated sequences, using the ECCellR procedure and amplification of SCP-DNA.
Deliverables
1.1 (M24): A report on the development of replication chemistry running in the electronic cell.
1.2
(M36): A report on the integration of the ECCellR procedure into a fully
operational electronic cell.
