PhD Project:

I am working on the role of memory traces in constructing episodic scenarios, as part of the DFG Research Group "Constructing Scenarios of the Past: A New Framework of Episodic Memory".

Research Profile:

My research interests lie at the intersection of phenomenology, psychopathology and cognitive sciences. Currently, I focus on episodic and bodily memory, mental time travels and self-consciousness. I studied at the University of Catania, with a period as a visiting student at the University of Warsaw. In 2018-2019, I did a research internship at the Husserl Archive of the Albert-Ludwigs-University of Freiburg, where I worked on Husserl's genetic phenomenology and the notion of inner-time consciousness.
