International Women's Exchange: Pottery-Painting; 19.5.2015, 4:00 pm
With the “International Women’s Exchange” the Welcome Centre regularly organizes events exclusively for women. These events offer international researchers and spouses travelling with them the opportunity to exchange their experiences and to make new contacts. In addition to that, you will learn more about German culture and customs as well as about leisure time activities in our region. The languages of the events are English and German and the topics are very diverse. Children are welcome.
We are going to visit the “Made by you” store in Bochum and paint various pieces of pottery. “Made by you” is now well-known in many European countries and there are a number of shops in Germany, Poland, Austria, Hungary and Romania. Every participant will receive a piece of pottery which they can take home. All paints are harmless, making it possible for children to also take part.
