English translation of the ifb-programme
The team of the Centre of Professional Development (ifb) have published an English translation of their programme for the winter semester 2010/2011.
A part of the programme is addressed to all RUB executives in science, administration and the technical departments who want to optimize their management skills.
“Coaching Plus” is a special format which intensively accompanies the way of advanced young academics from their conferral of a doctorate to professorship. Moreover, established focal areas of the programme, such as “Successfully Earning One’s Doctorate at the RUB” for postgraduates and the didactics in higher education further education and qualification programme for lecturers are continued and developed further.
IFB`s successful and extensive offer regarding general skills, IT, language skills and health care is addressed to all employees and associate members of RUB.
