English for students with refugee status
As part of the project “University without Borders” and in cooperation with the International Office, the ZFA currently offers two specific compact English courses for refugees and prospective students wishing to improve their academic English skills.
The curriculum is aimed at students with a residence permit as a refugee, as well as prospective students who are starting their studies at Ruhr-Universität in the summer semester 2018.
Registration:
The registration will take place from now until 24 January 2018 at the International Office (SSC building) during consultation hours (Tuesdays 10.00 am to 12.00 pm and Thursdays 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm). A classification by the ZFA is obligatory and will take place on 25 January 2018 (“early bird”).
Dates:
1st course B1: 12.02.2018-23.02.2018 from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm – room will be announced soon
2nd course B1/B2: 16.03.2018-29.03.2018 from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm – room will be announced soon
