RUBiss Consultation Hours during the Holidays
Dear international students,
Christmas is just around the corner and with it the Christmas holidays (23.12.2017 to 07.01.2018).
The International Office will be closed from 25 to 31 December 2017. January 1st (New Year) is a public holiday in Germany and all shops and office will be closed.
In the week after, the RUBiss team's consultation hours take place at the following times:
International degree seeking students
Thursday, 04 January 2018 from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm
Friday, 05 January 2018 from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm
International exchange students
Tuesday, 02 January 2018 from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm
Friday, 05 January 2018 from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm
Accommodation
Thursday, 04 January 2018 from 9.00 am to 12.00 pm
Friday, 05 January 2018 from 9.00 am to 12.00 pm
Prospective refugee students and Integra participants
Thursday, 04 January 2018 from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm
For the counselling hours of the RUBiss team, please ask for a waiting number at the reception of the Studierenden-Service-Center (SSC) – level 0.
As of 8 January 2018, the consultation hours will take place at the usual times.
