Financial aid for foreign students for the completion of the final degree
Withing the framework of the STIBET - programm of the DAAD, the International Office of Ruhr-Universität Bochum awards scholarships for foreign students to complete the final degree.
In total there will be 6 scholraships for the duration of four months.
Target group:
foreign students, working on the completion of the final degree (max. 2 semesters) and who are in a difficult financial situation.
Application:
Application forms will be handed out after a personal interview until August 20th.
Dates: Monday – Friday 10.00 – 12.00 a.m. and 2.00 – 3.30 p.m. with Ms Stücken in FNO 01/176.
Scholarships will probably be awarded from September to December 2010.
Application forms will be handed out until August 20th. Completed forms (incl. all necessary documents) have to be handed in until September 3rd. Applications that miss the deadline cannot be taken into consideration.
The application form has to be supplemented by the following documents:
1. form "Stellungnahme des Fachbereichs"
2. letter of recomendation of a university teacher
3. enrolment receipt
4. transcript of records for the past 2 semesters
5. current banking statements
6. short cv
