The team of Behead. provides psychological support for international students with a refugee background through Zoom sessions, a Moodle course and their website.
The initiative helps students to get settled in their studies and in the everyday life of the university while sharing interesting facts about different psychological topics.

Services for Refugees and international students
Ruhr-Universität Bochum was one of the first universities in Germany to offer special study preparatory courses for refugees. Since then, it has seen itself as a university without borders.
Thanks to the successful "Integra" programme, around 100 refugees have been able to enrol at Ruhr-Universität.
Further projects run parallel to the already established measures for the support of international students. Thanks to the many years of experience of the International Office, more than 4.300 international students currently feel comfortable studying at Ruhr-Universität.
