Joint Student Conference on 27 January 2012
The Department of Law at Ruhr-Universität Bochum (RUB) will host a joint student conference on 27 January in partnership with the College of Law at National Taiwan University (NTU) in Taipei. The conference will commence at 10:00am in the Department of Law's "Gerichtslabor" in room GC 03/49.
There are three parts to the conference. A German and a Taiwanese student will present a paper in each part which will be followed by a discussion. The presentation topics will be recent judgments delivered by German and Taiwanese courts in the areas of civil law and civil case law.
