PROMOS Scholarships 2016: New Call for Submissions
In the framework of the DAAD scholarship programme PROMOS, Ruhr-University Bochum annually awards grants to increase the international mobility of RUB students. In order to give more students the opportunity to realise an excursion or stay abroad (be it for studies, an internship or their thesis), in 2015 the RUB rectorate decided to double the funds for the support of student mobility by RUB-internal quality improvement funds. As a consequence the chances of success have improved notably. Free to apply are students of all departments who are planning a study abroad semester in the winter term 2016/17 within a RUB exchange programme (except for ERASMUS), a stay abroad in order to write their thesis or in order to do an internship (except for ERASMUS member states), starting between 1 April 2016 and 31 December 2016. The funding period ends on 28 February 2017.
Please hand in your applications until 11 March 2016, 12 pm in the International Office.
