PROMOS Scholarships 2016: New Call for Submissions
In the framework of the DAAD scholarship programme PROMOS, Ruhr-University Bochum annually awards grants to increase the international mobility of RUB students. In order to give more students the opportunity to realise an excursion or stay abroad (be it for studies, an internship or their thesis), in 2015 the RUB rectorate decided to double the funds for the support of student mobility by RUB-internal quality improvement funds. As a consequence the chances of success have improved notably. Free to apply are students of all departments who are planning a stay abroad starting between 1 January 2016 and 31 December 2016 in order to study abroad (except for ERASMUS member states), in order to write their thesis or in order to do an internship (except for ERASMUS member states). The funding period starts on 1 January 2016 and ends on 28 February 2017.
Please hand in your applications until 6 November 2015, 12 pm in the International Office.
