Short Biography
Liu Zhao is director of the Center for Research on Chinese Excavated Classics and Paleography (chutu wenxian yu guwenzi yanjiu zhongxin 出土文献与古文字研究中心) at Fudan University (Shanghai). In his research, he deals with Chinese paleography, especially bamboo and silk manuscripts, as well as with Classical Chinese and Shang and Zhou period archaeology.
