Bochum is located centrally in europe and can be easily reached by car, train and plane. It is well connected by direct trains to major international (Frankfurt, Düsseldorf) or domestic (Dortmund, Köln) airports. There are plenty of regular train connections to at least four European Capitals, as well as numerous other attractions are whithin a few hours train ride.
