Assembly of Disabled Employees

Dear Colleagues,

We hereby cordially invite you to the annual meeting of colleagues with severe disabilities and those with equivalent status.

The meeting will take place
on Tuesday, November 18, 2025
at 10:00 a.m.
in Hall 3 of the event center (VZ)
and in hybrid format via Zoom.

The Zoom link was sent to you by email with the invitation, or you can request it from the secretariat.

Sign language interpreters have been invited to this event.

Colleagues with hearing impairments have the opportunity to download the “Sennheiser Mobile Connect” app free of charge to their mobile phones and connect to this personal hearing support in the event hall.

Attention: Your questions and concerns are important to us! Please send us your questions by Wednesday, November 12, 2025, to the email address sbv@rub.de. You will also have the opportunity to ask your questions in person during the meeting.

Participation in the meeting counts as working time. If you encounter any difficulties, please let us know.

Eurokey for Accessible Toilets

The Eurokey for using public accessible toilets can be obtained by wheelchair users from the “Club Behinderter und ihrer Freunde in Darmstadt und Umgebung e.V.” (CBF).

With the help of the Eurokey, some elevators outside the opening hours of the RUB can also be operated.

In special cases, for example for guests of events who do not have their own Eurokey, it can be borrowed against a deposit and signature from the SBV.

Construction works and other structural changes of the work place

SBV asks all affected severely disabled employees to contact us in order to support the smooth establishment of a work place that is appropriate for their needs.
