Our group is located at the AK for General and Molecular Botany. The topic of our research is the molecular cell differentiaion in fungi using the ascomycete Sordaria macrospora as a model. Our specific projects are:

• RNA editing in filamentous fungi
• Tissue differentiation and cellular communication in filamentous fungi
