Design Competition

All eligible students or student teams are invited to consider taking part in the Student Design Competion (SDC) during GeMiC 2016, in Bochum. For this year’s SDC, the contestants will have to combine their skills regarding RF-theory, simulation, setup strategy, and oral presentation in order to solve an RF-design task within limited time. The winning team will receive a prize during the closing session.

• There may be up to three students working together as a team.
• All contestants must be enrolled students or must be working towards their PhD-degree.
• You must notify the SDC organizers a week prior to the SDC if you need to withdraw from the competition or will not be able to participate in person.
• Travel visas are at your responsibility.
• Participating teams must be registered.
• The design task will be published on Monday, March 14, 2016.

Students interested to participate in the SDC are encouraged to register their team until March 06, 2016. For registration please send the following information to: gemic-sdc@est.rub.de
