Research Interests

I am a philosopher working in the fields of philosophy of cognition, philosophy of cognitive science, and philosophy of mind. I have been working on predictive processing, enculturation, 4E cognition, neural plasticity, neural reuse, cultural learning, the evolution of human culture and cognition, cognitive niche construction, and scientific explanation. I am also interested in the cognitive science of reading, writing, and mathematical cognition.
