Main research

Main topic of my research is neuronal plasticity induced by perceptual learning and pain. As a member of the collaborative research center 874 (projects A1, A5 and B4) I study training induced changes in cortical excitability and reorganisation in the visual and somatosensory cortex. During my PhD thesis I investigated changes in patients with complex regional pain syndrome.
