Documents to submit

1. ALL students (B.A. and M.A.):
a. Short CV (max. 1 DIN A4 page, with an indication of the current grade point average).
b. Expression of the list of all previous course achievements from eCampus. Students of the WPOA please take care (if applicable) to transfer your information from FlexNow beforehand.
c. Motivation letter (max. 1 DIN A4 page).
d. A copy of the first page of your passport or a receipt proving the application.

2. B.A. students:
e. Exposé for a study project that you would like to follow during your stay (max. 3 DIN A4 pages).
Some guidelines to write the study project: The exposé for a study project could be defined as a “study plan”. The purpose is that the student explains the aim, objectives, and expected outcomes of the study stay. For instance, why wants to apply, what relevance the program has, outline learning objectives and assignment schedules, how the time in Fudan will be expended in a meaningful manner, etc. The student could emphasize these or other aspects that consider relevant to the selection committee to prove her/his application should be selected as a suitable candidate for the program.
Nevertheless, there is no one-size-fits-all approach in terms of writing style or content for the exposé as it should demonstrate the student’s ability to present a structure, well organized and substantiated argument to select his/her application.

3. M.A. students:
e. Exposé of the research project in the scope of 3-5 DIN A4 pages (including bibliography).
