Private collection of donations in IAN
RUB student Yurii Yarema is privately collecting donations for people in Ukraine. Donations can be dropped off in IAN 00/14. For example, sleeping bags, dry food such as noodles, rice or canned meals, hygiene items (also for babies), flashlights, first aid kits or gas stoves are needed. Clothing and bedding are not collected. Donations are transported to Ukraine through private contacts; the first shipment is scheduled for 3 March 2022, with more to follow. Collections of donations in Bochum-Hamme
RUB students are collecting donations for refugees at the border between Poland and Ukraine. For instance dry or canned food, hygiene articles or pencils and colouring books for children are needed – packed in boxes of ten items each. Collection of optical devices and communication equipment for protecting of the population
Urgently needed in Ukraine are technical devices for personal protection in the fields of communication and detection. These include solar-powered power banks, batteries, radios, binoculars, night vision devices and so on.
