The scholarship "Deutschlandstipendium" is not a full scholarship for obtaining the Bachelor or Master degree. It does not include general living costs, accommodation, flight tickets etc. The scholarship is only awarded to enrolled students and people who start studying on winter semester 2019/20. Applying for Deutschlandstipendium does not mean you apply for studying at Ruhr-Universität Bochum.
