  • 1995-1998 Habilitation – Scholarship of the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (German Research Foundation) and lecturer at the Institute of Archaeology at the Universität Freiburg
  • 1992-1994 Member of the scientific advisory committee of the international exhibition "Les Etrusques et l'Europe"."L'ombra della sera", award of the city of Volterra for scientific achievements in the field of Etruscology.
  • 1988-1994 Research assistant at the Institute of Archaeology at the University of Freiburg.
  • 1987 Editor of the "Index der Antiken Kunst und Architektur" (“Index of ancient art and architecture”) at the DAI (German Archaeological Institute) in Rome.
