Face-to-face Tandem
A face to face tandem with Ruhr University students who speak another first language involves (normally two) students meeting up for two hours a week and working one hour in each language. When this is in your target language, then you decide what you will do with the time. In the other language you are act as a “helper” to your partner.

In order to gain accreditation for your tandem learning, you must keep a written record describing the experience. This takes the form of a tandem diary. This diary is also an important base for counselling sessions. As such, it is advisable to bring the book along to all counselling sessions.

In the summer semester 2013 your consulters Yvonne Happe und Felicia Falsone will answer these questions and more in an introductory session on Mondays from 4 pm-5 pm and Wednesdays from 12 am-1 pm in GB 6/156. The following dates are available:
Mondays: 15.4., 29.4., 13.5., 27.5., 10.6., 24.6., 8.7.
Wednesdays: 24.4., 8.5., 5.6., 19.6., 3.7., 17.7.
