Welcome to UNIversaal
UNIversaal is the event management agency of Ruhr-Universität Bochum. It supports members and guests of the university with the preparation and execution of all kinds of events.
UNIversaal wants you to be able to focus entirely on the actual content of your event. We will deal with everything else: we will book rooms, order technical equipment, and organise catering and decorations. We will also prepare the conference folders or design an event programme.
UNIversaal provides you with one-stop support: a single contact person will be by your side from your first contact with us through to the final evaluation of the event. Do please contact us!
