07.12.: RuhrTalente grant

Also pictured: talent scout Serhat DemirOn December 7, Sylvia Löhrmann, Minister of Education, presented 50 school-leavers with a RuhrTalente grant. Three school-leavers at Gesamtschule Hattingen, who are mentored by talent scout Serhat Demir, were among the happy scholarship holders. In the next year, they will be able to attend workshops and seminars dealing with degree and career guidance and visit cultural events in the entire Ruhr area together with the other scholarship holders.







 

05.12.: Certificates for talent scouts

In the middle of the picture stands Minister SchulzeSeminars on consultancy methods, interviewing techniques and objectives in talent scouting, workshops on media literacy, and lectures on the Ruhr region as a talent reservoir: talent scout training at NRW-Zentrum für Talentförderung is diverse and comprehensive. 34 talent scouts completed their training in 2016, and Minister of Science Svenja Schulze congratulated on a milestone in the talent scouting project in NRW.








 

02.12.: Talent coach training

Training with Talentscout Mira StepecTeachers in training are taking their first steps in their chosen career during internships that are part of their elective course curriculum. In the winter semester 2016/17, the talent scouting programme has been enhanced: students provide training sessions to young talents once per week, in order to help them revise the material and to prepare for exams. The training of talent coaches starts now.
