Reminder

The secretariat of the forum will take care of the booking at the Park Inn Hotel for 4 nights (check in on 24 June, check out on 28 June), unless participants indicate other preferences.

The Tokyo Foundation will take care of the payment (for single room only - additional charges for double room to be paid by the participants themselves). All participants will have to pay for his/her individual charges (telephone, fax, mini-bar, etc) when checking out of the Hotel.
