Bochumer Didaktik-Projekt erhält 50.000 Euro

Das Projekt KEMIE (Kinder erleben mit ihren Eltern Chemie) von RESOLV PS Prof. Dr. Katrin Sommer hat den mit 50.000 Euro dotierten ersten Preis der Stiftung Polytechnische Gesellschaft gewonnen. Es setzte sich aus insgesamt 118 Bewerbungen durch. Am 16. Februar würdigte die Stiftung Polytechnische Gesellschaft Prof. Dr. Katrin Sommer (Lehrstuhl für Didaktik der Chemie) für ihr erfolgreiches Lernkonzept KEMIE, an dem bereits über 600 Eltern-Kind-Paare teilgenommen haben.

Kristina Tschulik: NRW-Rückkehrerprogramm

Kristina Tschulik is awarded with the "NRW Rückkehrerprogramm" to recruit excellent young researchers from abroad. Kristina Tschulik gets 1.25 Mio Euro over 5 years, starting in September 2015, to establish an independent research group in the field of electrocatalysis on nano particles.


Sofja Kovalevskaja Award for Dr. Clara Saraceno

Dr. Clara Saraceno was awarded the Sofja Kovalevskaja Prize from the German Alexander von Humboldt Foundation 2015 that provides a five year fellowship for independent young researchers. Saraceno comes to Ruhr-University Bochum and work with RESOLV director Martina Havenith.

Howard Fellowship for Prof. Wolfgang Schuhmann

RESOLV PI Wolfgang Schuhmann was awarded a Howard Fellowship of the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in Sydney. The Fellowship covers the costs for a research visit for a period of 4 to 6 weeks at the UNSW.
