Summary/Abstract
This project deals with the development of NiTi-based, ternary and quaternary SMA thin films using thin film material libraries and suitable high-throughput characterization tools, in order to evolve structure-property-relationships. Development goals are to improve the materials properties with respect to transformation temperatures, ductility, thermal hysteresis and functional fatigue.
