Monoclonal Antibodies for Cytochromes P450
For analytical purposes we offer several monoclonal antibodies for cytochromes P450. They were obtained after immunization of mice with isolated liver microsomal P450 enzymes and subsequent cultivation of selected hybridoma cell lines in bioreactors. Antibodies are purified by affinity chromatography on protein G and their purity is checked by SDS-PAGE.
The following antibodies are offered:

Antibodies are supplied as lyophilized powder and are restored in 50% glycerol according to the enclosed instructions.
For immunoblots, 1 mg of antibody is sufficient for about 300 ml primary antibody solution.
Attention: Use only for in
vitro-studies.
