Farewell brunch in the Bistro

To celebrate the end of the First Great RUB Alumni Homecoming, RUB invited its alumni to a brunch in the Bistro on June 7, 2015. Together, the guests looked back at the events of the last few days.

Breakfast

Mixed bread basket with bread, rolls and croissants
Butter, jam, Nutella, honey, yogurt, fruit, muesli
Fresh sausage platter, ham, selection of cheeses
Scrambled egg, bacon, boiled eggs
Orange juice, mineral water, coffee, tea, “Rheingauer Leichtsinn” sparkling wine

Colourful pasta salad in vinegar oil
Chorizo Serrano platter with Galia
Tomato and mozzarella with basil
Raw vegetable and leaf salad with Mediterranean vinaigrette

Main courses

Poultry Piccata Milanese with tomato sauce
Fillet of rock salmon with garlic and lime crust
Filled zucchini with tomato sauce (vegetarian)
Coloured pasta, rice Tomato and zucchini

Desserts

Fruit salad
Lemon and orange creme
