What we are planning
To secure the quality of teaching even with rising student numbers, the RUB is creating a significantly higher number of university places for students. Therefore the RUB will hire more professors, teaching assistants or tutors and provide additional rooms. In addition the office for student counselling will be expanded and we will also promote new teaching and learning concepts that will make studies even more flexible for students. This involves block seminars, e-learning and e-examinations.
However, the RUB isn’t just taking care of the teaching side of things; it also aims to ensure that everyone will have a seat on the bus or train to university in the morning, a seat in the canteen or cafeteria at lunch time, and a room in the halls of residence if required.
