258 out of 345 votes are necessary for a majority
decision. Additionally a majority of states, i.e. 14 of 27, has to
approve the decision. The new power indices are collected in a table.
In case a member country demands a test, it has to be calculated
whether the majority coalition of states represents at least 62% of the
population of the European Union. The resulting power indices are
presented in another table.
