The Ruhr-Universität has committed itself to enabling research-based learning right from the bachelor’s degree on. Think for yourself, do it yourself is the motto. Because what you work out and experience for yourself stays in your memory longer than anything stubbornly learnt by rote.
This conviction is also the driving force behind the Master 2.0 degrees. It’s about actively participating in current research areas. Students thus grow into the world of science and have the chance to start making a name for themselves early on.
