Wednesday afternoon at 3 p.m. we go on an excusion. As we go by bus please make sure to be there in time - so best attend the lecture before! We first visit cryptovision, a company situated in Gelsenkirchen working in cryptography specialized on elliptic curves. They will give a practical introduction to side-channel attacks.
Zeche Zollverein is UNESCO world heritage. It is an old mine which found new life as a design center. We will make a guided tour through the interiour of this big relict of the coal industry of this region.
After the excusion the bus will take us to Haus Oekey where the conference dinner will take place.
