New techniques in molecular biology, genetics, immunology, physiology, and modelling of neuronal processes, as well as the progress made in the area of imaging techniques have triggered rapid development in the field of neuroscience. We are ideally equipped to educate young scientists in a multidisciplinary manner, whilst enabling these scientists to conduct neuroscience research at a high international level.
