REGISTRATION

Please note that a complete registration involves two steps: 1) Registration using the registration form and 2) Payment of the registration costs via the IAS website. All payments (for IAS, SEPM-CES members, non-members and accompanying persons) should be made through this payment system. Based on your selections on the registration form you will be send an e-mail message with your total amount due. Please mark this amount before you proceed to the IAS website. IAS student members can apply for a travel grant; for conditions see the IAS website.

In case of cancellation, 80% refund will be given until 1.5. and 50% until 15.6. We regret that no refunding is possible after this date (no exceptions to this rule).

The deadline for fieldtrip and short-course registration has passed. However, if you wish to enrol for a field trip or short course after 13.5.2008, you should contact the fieldtrip leaders directly in order to clarify if places are still available. Participants of field trips and/or short courses must also register for the meeting. A registration without payment will not be valid and submitted abstracts will not be included in the abstract volume

Participants who are not members of the IAS or the SEPM-CES are encouraged to apply for membership before the meeting (IAS: full members € 30, student members € 15; SEPM-CES: full members € 20, student members € 10). Application forms can be obtained from the websites of IAS and SEPM-CES.
