  • 2012 Master of Arts in Japanese and Chinese studies (premodern) at the Ruhr-University Bochum
  • 2012-2013 Project coordinator for the interdisciplinary teaching project „MittelalterRealitäten“ at the Ruhr-University Bochum
  • Summer 2013 Research stay at the International Research Center for Japanese Culture (Nichibunken) in Kyôto (Scholarship from Japan Society for the Promotion of Science)
  • Since autumn 2013 research associate at the department of Japanese History at the Ruhr-University Bochum
  • October 2014-September 2015 Research stay at the Institute for Research in Humanities in Kyôto (Scholarship from Japan Society for the Promotion of Science)
