Perverse Post-Anthropocentrism and Becoming-Animal.

This paper explores the opportunistic - and hence perverse - character of advanced capitalism. Driven by  bio-genetic and neural technological advances, our 'knowledge economy' essentially invests trades in Life and living organisms by 'farming' their informational capital. The ruthless political economy of cognitive capitalism creates a spurious equality among all species in function of their market value as informational codes and systems. After analyzing briefly this perverse political economy the paper offers as an antidote Deleuze's theory of intensive becoming-animal.
