Zometool model of a Icosahedron
Here we show a zometool model of a icosahedron, one of the five Platonic solids. For the model you need
- 12 balls,
- 30 long blue (b2) struts.
Of course one can scale down the model to b1 (medium size) or to b0 (mini version).

The icosahedron consists of 12 vertices, 30 edges and 20 triangular faces. Its vertex figure is a regular pentagon.
