Der Studiengang

This MSc program interfaces between the traditional disciplines of chemistry and physics with a strong focus on theoretical concepts, molecular spectroscopy and computer simulations. It is thus tailored for excellent students who want to learn in depth spectroscopic techniques in conjunction with quantum chemistry and molecular simulations, in order to tackle today‘s scientific challenges in (bio)molecular sciences in a broad sense.

We are continuously looking for excellent students in the areas of chemistry, physics, biochemistry, mathematics and related engineering fields.

International Course

The mandatory international practical course opens an excellent opportunity to conduct a research project at one of more than a dozen top universities or research institutions world wide. The students may propose a suitable place where to spend their time abroad. The final decision is made by the selection board based on the number of available places. This international experience will provide a further step towards high-quality education and research of the students of this Master Course Program. At this stage of the Program, the students have already gained theoretical and practical expertise in their field. This international internship program is a unique opportunity and will enable the students to further develop and improve their scientific, professional and personal skills. The International Course Program will be partly funded by the Master Course Program.

Bewerbung

Voraussetzung: Für die Einschreibung benötigen Sie mindestens einen Bachelor-Abschluss in diesem oder einen inhaltlich vergleichbaren Studiengang sowie den Nachweis eines Beratungsgesprächs mit der Studienfachberatung Ihres gewünschten Master-Programms. In einigen Master-Programmen gibt es weitere fachspezifische Voraussetzungen, die Sie in den rechts verlinkten Broschüren zum Studiengang finden.

Zur Zulassung ist eine Bewerbung erforderlich. Bitte wenden Sie sich an die Studienfachberatung des Studiengangs.
