Registration
Due to issues of organization, from now onwards, registration for the conference will only be possible on-site. Please be aware that only cash payments of the registration fees can be accepted at this stage. We would greatly appreciate it if you were able to provide the exact amount due as we might run short of change on the day. Thank you your understanding in this matter and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
We have an online registration form operated by Bochum Marketing. All reservations (incl. social program) should be made on the same registration form, also the program that is included in the delegate fee. * To qualify for the student fee, the person must be a student at bachelor (BA) og master (MA) level (or equivalent). Doctolal (phD) og postdoctoral fellow does NOT qualify for student fee. Proof of student status must be presented at the meeting (registration). Student ID og letter from supervisor qualifies as proof.

EWIC 2012 Delegate and Student fees include:
- Scientific programme of the EWIC 2012
- Coffee and lunches daily during the conference
- Social Evening Cruise and visit of coal mine Nachtigall, include Dinner Thursday 21 June.
EWIC 2010 TWO DAY Delegate fee, Thursday and Friday (June 21 and June 22), include:
- Scientific programme on Thursday and Friday
- Coffee and lunch on both days
- Social Evening Cruise and visit of coal mine Nachtigall, include Dinner Thursday 21 June
Special Programm on Wednesday June 20:
- Visiting and tasting of the Fiege Brewery in Bochum (12,00€) 18 h
- Gezz iss dich wat, culinary sight seeing in Bochum (20,00€) 18 h
both events will be in English
