eE+E can make contributions for avoidance or reduction of environmental impacts caused by human activities in the field of environment, ground water and ecology. eE+E wants to sensitize for environmental risks, wants to point out connections and contradictions between constructions and the environment. The focus of our research are dynamic systems formed by human activities and the environment:
- human affected ecosystems, forecast of environmental effects, numerical simulation (ground water; wetlands etc.)
- environmental planning based on geographic information systems (GIS)
- ground water management in urban and rural areas
- environmental impacts and risks of constructions (buildings, harbours, shore protection)
- life cycle assessments of buildings, products, etc.
eE+E is working on Research, Development, Expertises, Planning, Teaching in the field of:
|
Water
- water resources management
- water supply
- water protection
- water engineering
- water and ecology
|
Informatics
- geoinformatics (GIS)
- environmental models
- ground water models
- surface water models
- data management
- visualization
|
Waste, contaminated sites
- waste management
- waste deposits
- waste site search
- waste site investigation
- contaminated sites (investigation,remediation)
|
Buildings
- environmental impact studies
- ecobalancing
- water and waste management
|
eE+E is active in Vietnam since the year 2000 in several projects of water and waste management, water supply, waste management, environmental impact studies etc. |
