The aim and objectives of the workshop

The purpose of this workshop is to help the participants improve their self-presentation skill in situations like a job interview or assessment center. An important element in this training is to help the participants understand the requirements that they have to make up to and gain control over the context of presentation through practicing a number of techniques. These techniques are meant to help you slide smoothly through all different stages of a presentation and they are meant to prepare you to improvise in case you come up with unexpected circumstances. During the input session the participants are allowed to reflect their personal concerns about the suggested techniques to make the training more applicable for their own contextual applications. Eventually, you will be given the opportunity to practice a number of these techniques in front of other participants and the trainer and receive some feedback on your performance.
