Applying for jobs in Germany (for english speaking students)


Participants learn how to write a good covering letter in English for German employers. Participants produce their own CV in English based on the German norms. Participants learn how to deal with difficult interview questions through role-plays in English. 

What are your strengths and weaknesses? How are these perceived by others? What makes a good covering letter? What should you include and what not? The psychology of job applications, typical interview questions and how to answer these questions.”

Target group:

RUB students – especially english mother-tongue speakers of all faculties.

RUB alumni can take part in the course on the same conditions until one year after being removed from the register of students.
