Pork Chops with Honey and Herbs

4 pork chops 3 tablespoons clear honey 3 tablespoons chopped marjoram 3 tablespoons chopped thyme Sea salt and black pepper Juice of 1/2 lemon

Brush the chops on each side with the honey. (If the honey is thick, it may be slightly warmed.) Mix the 2 chopped herbs and coat the chops with them evenly. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and a little lemon juice. Grill (broil) for 5 minutes on each side close to the heat, then a further 5 to 10 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness, further away from the heat. Serve immediately.
